Project Summary: HWH recently completed construction on a $20M bond initiative passed by Chisum ISD and designed with BWA Architects. The program includes renovations and new additions to an existing K-12 campus. It maintains a consistent appearance while expanding the range of services for a growing student population. HWH also built several of the original buildings on the campus, and has participated in various site improvements since its inception.

Chisum ISD Middle School

Location: Paris, TX

Cost: $6.5M

Project Summary: Construction manager for Chisum ISD included a 58,320 SF middle school with 10 regular classrooms, 2 computer labs, 2 science labs, band hall, cafetorium with full size kitchen, 2 full size gymnasiums with wood flooring systems, media room, and offices | Building is a steel structure with combination metal panel and brick veneer with accent colors making up the facade | Other projects include a 4,400 SF, 4-classroom addition to the elementary school, a 2,505 SF home economics addition, a 5,010 SF new administration building, plus parking lot improvements.
