Jordan is CEO of HWH, a fourth generation family-owned business with companies
operating in the construction, logistics and manufacturing sectors. He was named
to his current position in 2016, and has more than fifteen years of management
experience. He has held key roles covering all aspects of the construction business,
and has led overall company operations as President since 2011. Earlier, he headed
the company’s steel fabrication operations, and prior to that established a new
storage and transportation business to leverage logistics expertise. Jordan received
a B.B.S. degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University, an
M.B.A. degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and is a graduate of the
Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) Program. He is also
a LEED Accredited Professional.
President–Enterprise Business Development
Holland has over 20 years of experience in logistics and construction, and is responsible for the evaluation and performance of new initiatives to support all HWH companies. Previous roles have included management of We Pack Logistics facilities in Texas and North Carolina, as well as the skilled trades functions for construction operations. He has served in the military as well, as a platoon leader, commander and captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, responsible for domestic training and readiness as well as assisting the Government of Iraq on a 5400-mile pipeline project from a base in Baghdad. Holland has a B.A. degree from Austin College, and an M.B.A. degree from Texas A&M University, Commerce.
Chief Information Officer
Brandon leads the information technology, marketing, human resources and safety/compliance teams, which provide guidance and support to the HWH operating companies. He has over 15 years of technology leadership experience, and has managed ERP and WMS implementations for HWH while supporting all strategic software and infrastructure needs across the enterprise. Before joining HWH, Brandon spent 10 years in the telecom industry with Nortel Networks. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and his M.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University.
Vice President of Operations
Tim has more than 15 years of construction and structural engineering experience, and oversees current projects as well as new and returning clients in the Waco and San Antonio areas as the leader of these regional offices. He joined HWH in 2009, and previously held operations and project management positions with MW Builders of Texas, Skanska USA Building and Emerson Construction, as well as engineering roles with consulting firms. Tim is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a Structural Specialization.
Vice President of Pre-Construction
Randall has more than 25 years of construction experience, including management of commercial, institutional and industrial projects. His role at HWH includes overseeing a team of project managers, superintendents and other field staff, as well as implementing processes that continually improve the delivery of quality, safety, schedule and cost objectives. He has completed a substantial number of federal projects totaling well over $300 million in value, with the largest at $46 million. These clients have included the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Labor and Veterans Administration, on projects spanning the mid-Atlantic, southeastern and southwestern states. Randall is a graduate of Austin College in Sherman, TX with a degree in Business Management, and also holds certifications from the Construction Management Association of America and Project Management Institute.
Jared has nearly 20 years of construction industry experience including managing multi-million dollar projects across all trades. Before joining HWH, he was a project manager at American Industrial Construction. While there, he focused on industrial customers Weyerhaeuser and International Paper among others. Jared also spent many years at SW&B Construction where he was the Structural Superintendent on many Owens Corning, International Paper and Mead Westvaco projects.
Director of Estimating
Mark has more than 30 years of construction estimating, operations and management experience, including the broad perspective of providing program management oversight on large, multiple project initiatives. He has estimated and led projects for clients in healthcare, K-12 and higher education, retail, municipal and federal markets, including a significant number with design build delivery. Mark and his team provide accurate, comprehensive estimates and schedules using the latest tools, and balancing HWH self-perform capabilities with superior subcontractor coverage in all disciplines.
Mark has served as a Director of Operations, Project Manager and Estimator for a variety of national and regional firms. He is a graduate of Grayson County Junior College, Sherman, Texas; Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas; and the American Inspectors Institute, Dallas, Texas. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
Business Development Manager
Cory is a lighting design and energy management specialist with more than 20 years of experience in sales, general management and customer service. He handles business development for energy solutions as well as other HWH skilled trades, and also coordinates activities in the education sector for HWH. Cory has led major conversions to energy-efficient LED and T5 fluorescent lighting and HVAC systems, securing significant utility incentives and rebates, and documenting rapid return on investment.
