Our team member Steven Hattier meets with HWH Group client, Aquapharm PChem’s Mark Stanley (CEO) and Reed Killion (COO), and U.S. Congressman and Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee Kevin Brady to discuss the federal New Markets Tax Credit’s pivotal role in the reopening the previously shuttered Latexo, Texas facility.
The Aquapharm PChem project will have an immensely positive impact in the community by creating jobs that had previously been lost and generating new economic opportunity. James Gentry, Executive Director of the Crockett Economic and Industrial Development Corporation, said “This project is essential to Latexo where the benefit to the local economy will be notable.”
The HWH Group is assisting Aquapharm PChem in navigating the Federal New Market Tax Credits and is pleased to work with funding partners Midwest Renewable Capital and U.S. Bank.
Aquapharm PChem is a specialty chemical company that supplies formulations of engineered chemistry to reduce environmental impact and increase efficiencies for its water treatment customers.
