Since August 2016, Gilbert has served as the President & CEO of the Miami, Oklahoma Regional Chamber of Commerce where he led the merger of the Chamber and the economic development corporation into a single entity with a regional focus. As part of the HWH Team, and through a unique management agreement and partnership with the Chamber, Gilbert will continue to serve as the day-to-day leader of the Chamber and continue his primary focus on economic development.

Gilbert received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma.
