Melissa CHAMPIONSHIP CENTER
HWH was the CM Agent for the new Indoor Practice Facility for Melissa ISD designed by Parkhill Smith & Cooper. The building consists of 9 Locker Rooms totaling 49,000 sf, a weight room, treatment area, training rooms, wrestling and a VIP area.
Dyess Air Force Base
One of several projects completed on the Dyess Air Force Base, HWH achieved a 30 percent cost savings on a $4M design-build re-engineering of a C-130J flight simulator training facility, all while meeting budget requirements.
STERILITE
HWH has built approximately 8M SF of manufacturing and distribution space for Sterilite Corporation at three different locations in Texas, Iowa and South Carolina.
Cherokee Nation Outpatient health facility
$200M regional health center, funded in part by a Indian Health Services grant, with over 240 exam rooms and an “on stage/off stage” circulation path throughout the facility to maximize daylight minimize way-finding issues.
Chisum ISD
HWH recently completed construction on a $20M bond initiative which includes renovations and new additions to an existing K-12 campus while expanding the range of services for a growing student population.
American Spiralweld
A construction project that included a 283,421 SF Industrial Plant, 1,440 SF Coating Storage Building, 8,947 SF Business Office, 1,000 SF Shipping Office and Site Development.
